The parent communication module allows schools to send personalised email and SMS correspondence to parents/carers and students in bulk, such as for newsletters and general notifications.

  • Multiple email addresses per family can be setup to ensure no one misses out on important communications
  • Personalised attachments and custom merge fields can be uploaded into the system which is ideal for sending out login details to online learning platforms or survey codes in bulk
  • Email attachments are included as hyperlinks, not files, so if you make a mistake and send out an email with the wrong attachments, you can easily remove them and parents will no longer be able to access them
